About the Portal
The Hague Justice Portal - Portail Judiciaire de La Haye is the virtual gateway to information, news, and research activities in, and related to, The Hague. It was initiated by The Hague Academic Coalition and officially launched by Her Royal Highness Princess Margriet of the Netherlands on 6 April 2006.
The Portal disseminates up-to-date information about core legal institutions and about international organisations. The Portal also promotes, and provides increased access to the workings of Hague-based institutes and research centres that are relevant to the pursuit of international peace, justice and security.
The Editorial Board of the bilingual Hague Justice Portal - Portail Judiciaire de La Haye, is based at the T.M.C. Asser Instituut in The Hague.

Other activities
The Portal provides a variety of research materials including court documents, commentaries, articles, press releases and an important bibliography of books. The Portal also provides access to resources concerning life in The Hague, with information for visitors and expats as well as a list of job opportunities in the city.
