The editors are responsible for regularly updating the news and events sections of the Portal, ensuring the quality and continued relevance of the research section and moderating the forums.

They are also active in the editorial work of the Hague Justice Journal.

Editors

Olivier Ribbelink (Editor-in-Chief) studied international relations and international law at the University of Amsterdam. In 1988 he defended his PhD-thesis on Succession of International Organisations: from League of Nations-United Nations to LAFTA–LAIA (in Dutch). From 1987-1997 he was a lecturer in international law at the University of Amsterdam. Since 1997 he is a Senior Researcher at the T.M.C. Asser Institute (from 2000-2010 Head of Research). He is a Board Member of the Netherlands School of Human Rights Research. From 1992-2008 he served as Secretary-General of the Alumni Association of the Hague Academy of International Law.

Jed Odermatt

Jed Odermatt
completed a Master's in International and European Public Law cum laude at Tilburg University in the Netherlands. He graduated from Flinders University, Australia in International Relations (Hons) and Law (Hons) and studied human rights law on exchange at the University of Copenhagen. In 2008 Jed undertook an internship at Trial Chamber I at the International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia.






Eleonora Sini
graduated from Sassari University in Italy, in Political Science, International and European Studies. She is currently completing a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Governance at the University of Sassari.
