Ramzi bin al-Shib is suspected of having helped Khalid Shaykh Muhammad in orchestrating the 9/11 terrorist attacks. He was to have been the fourth pilot, but he never managed to get a visa for the United States.
On 11 February 2008, the Pentagon made public the indictement against the "September 11 Co-conspirators", involving, among others, Ramzi bin Al-Shib.
