The Trial Chamber I of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) will render its judgement in the case against Rasim Delić on 15 September 2008 at 14:30 in Courtroom I.

The former Commander of the Main Staff of the Army of Bosnia-Herzegovina (ABiH) is accused on the basis of his superior criminal responsibility of murder, cruel treatment and rape as violations of the laws and customs of war.

The trial started in June 2007. During the initial appearance, in March 2005, Rasim Delić pleaded not guilty.
